MOQs vary depending on the material and how customized the product is. Typically our MOQs start at 5k units but we do our best to be flexible and accommodate programs down to 1k units.
Different materials have different timelines. The 1st order takes longer than re-orders. 1st order production timelines range from 6-12 weeks, not including shipping. For re-orders, the timeline is typically 3-6 weeks not including shipping.
We offer terms on a case by case basis. Once we have an order history and a track record of on-time payments, we can explore a pathway to terms.
During the setup of every new program we establish a QC specification/protocol. For every new program, we perform an in-process quality check to review processes. For all projects, we perform a before shipment QC using the Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) Standard. This review is documented in a report. If any issues arise during the final check we handle them accordingly to ensure that only items that meet your specifications get shipped.
Our team includes product designers, mechanical engineers, tooling engineers, process engineers, and chemists. Our team is in place to make sure all programs are onboarded correctly and to support in pre-production engineering/development as needed.

Our standard payment terms for production are 50% deposit at the time of the purchase order, and 50% before the items ship.
Yes. We offer both sea and air freight. Our freight service includes customs brokerage, insurance, and door to door pickup/delivery. We work with multiple carriers that allow you to choose different shipping timelines and cost structures.
Initial quotes typically take 3-10 days. The timeline is different based on the item in quotation (paper items are the shortest, formulas take the longest). Also, if you're asking for something specific (i.e. fully custom) vs looking for something off a stock mold. Custom products are quicker to quote than items that are made off stock molds due to sourcing timelines.
